Same here. I accept knowing that even with meds and regular counseling I'll still have bad days, except now they don't knock my feet out from under me so easily. I can push back most of the time.

In a way, I really appreciate when my meds let things like the bad thought slip through once in a while. It lets me know that the meds are doing their job while still letting me be me and not turning me into a total zombie full of either artificial euphoria or total numbness.

To be fair, Harry's dream guy is Tom Paris, a condescending asshole who's always belittling him.
