calling my shot for the next fabtcg set: vampires. the keynote is on halloween, the premiere is at prague (a famously gothic city), the premiere announcement had that cute diablo font that feels very gothic, and we’ve seen many vampire-y cards also look out for necromancy, lycanthropy, etc.

We have the alternate art Rabble and Life for a Life as vampire-inclined cards for a while now, but I hope you're wrong and the pirate-themed theory wins. It could be around Pits/Metrix and feature Rangers and Mechanologists, the two classes the longest w/o a focused set rn.

a friend of mine suggested a possible talent: cursed. i was also thinking maybe sanguine or lycanthrope or something as talents so they can have some cool versions of classes, rather than a “vampire” class

I'm hoping it's volcor and we get draconic and some new necromancer or undead class and emperor is back from the dead.
