So many disability organizations aren’t run by disabled people and that’s a big problem. We need both disabled and non-disabled individuals to work together. Until disabled people are given change making power, these organizations can’t reach their full potential

just a reminder marriage equality didn't end with gay marriage. until disabled people, ALL disabled people, can move in, date and marry their partners without losing disability benefits, we have no true marriage equality.
