Or maybe a better question , is there a bad way to thaw and aliquot? I assume microwaving dethawing is bad ;)

We had this microwave thingy, the denator or some silly name, but once you microwaved a sample it was super stable. We didn’t use it more, but seemed fun. But yeah, not for thawing.

Have you ever consider rate-controlled freeze and thaw out samples?
