Vincent W.J. van Gerven Oei from Punctum Books makes an interesting point that access to journals within the Global South includes considerations re. Internet bandwidth. People need to be able to download issues onto their smartphones & publishing in image-heavy pdfs is inaccessible. #OpenAccess
