if a studio or streaming service writes off and purges a show or movie for tax reasons they should be legally required to put it up on youtube in full hd and formally cede that work into the public domain

either it has value in which case no tax breaks, or it doesnt in which case its everyone's now at no loss if disney doesnt want to make s2 of willow or whatever then someone who does should be able to
