greetings from the capsule. the surface is about the size of a standard futon or maybe a bit larger, and the height is enough that I can sit up comfortably with a bit of clearance.

(I already keep several journals in the notes app as well as on paper, but I'm not sure if that's because it's something I enjoy, or more of a compulsive behavior originating from a phobia of forgetting things)

now we're out of vegetables but have leftover kofta (and rice still, so much rice) so I guess I'll have to make some more vegetables tomorrow
