Is Tony Hawk's Pro Fesser 3 the one where you unlock Carl Sagan after getting three gold medals on every lecture

I preferred Tony Hawk Undergrad, where you're in an open world and work your way up through your first degree to get tenure, battling it out against your backstabbing one time lab partner
