This is my Dreadnaut OC named Margaret! Dreadnauts are creatures that leave the sea to live on land. They will "mimic" the dominant creatures on land which in this world are kemonomimi. She is mimicking a rabbit/jackalope #OC#ClosedSpecies#Dreadnaut

Dreadnaut closed species OC. Dreadnauts are "kemonomimi" styled characters with sea life that mimics animal ears. This OC is a girl named Margaret with apricot colored hair and high ponytail. She has what appears to be rabbit ears formed by a pair of mussel shells. She also has a pair of coral antlers. She is mimicking a jackalope. Her true form is an amphibian-like creature.
Margaret rummaging through her backpack and pulling out an odd mysterious totem. She seems a little confused by its presence.

Her coming up on land has a bit of a gender allegory, she's always felt trapped in her body. Her first appearance when coming up on shore was slightly more masculine. Eventually she is diagnosed with a terminal disease by the name of Zaltazar's Garden Syndrome, which will spell her eventual death.
