Definitely buying kneepads for the next round. I thought it'd be my shoulders knacking today - I had to dig deep against the waves yesterday - but it's my quads and knees that are singing instead.

I managed to stand for all of 5 seconds before kneeling again, and that was the story of my 2nd SUP experience 😅 I'd like to get enough experience to at least ride the waves into shore on my feet.
