And bruh I know how it is with the design gigs. Got so many tossed at me while unable to turn them down (due to Funky Understanding Of Boundaries in my birth fam), that I ended up developing basic dsgn skills & briefly going to school for it. Now it's the day job. V different from illustration tho.

The tattooing bit is my fave lol like my siblings in Light I don't wanna create an open wound in a random environment NOR meds with bloodborne illnesses without knowing EXACTLY what I'm doing 😬 Kitchen wizards are so normalised and it drives me up the wall 😅

The implication that I have some bountiful wealth of opportunities & would only need to get started & maybe I just don't want it enough, then... that's less welcome than the confidence. Also constantly get prodded to start tattooing out of my Barely Indoors-Worthy living room in my Remote Ass Abode

FIL sent me an art contest by a motorcycle brand?? My partner rides but I don't 🤔 And we passed by a gallery selling paintings at crazy rates which prompted MIL to say I should let her "sell" my very niche digital fanart painting... also appreciate it a lot but it truly made no sense lol
