1) no, but you can duplicate pages, so doing the-same-but-different on two pages is possible (will add the feature request to the list, tho - it's something I've been thinking about!) 2) external links just open up the new page as the whole thing, like a normal link. (does this answer make sense?)

it does! thank you so much! I hadn't thought about duplicating the page and that's a good workaround for now, thank you! I was thinking of whether I could send a student to a library catalog link and get them back again so that helps a lot
