He's had some physio, but he needs encouragement to get up and get walking. He also needs mental stimulation - even if it's just chatting about the weather or the view from the window. He's not getting that - the 1-1 nurse sits and watches him, in silence, which he finds creepy - I would too!

Surely if it's a trained nurse & not a HCA they should be aware that mental stimulation is vital for people with dementia. Hope his son is also going to complain about that
