Totally get it, nothing worse than spending hours on the process and it don’t turn out well. Cried a few times with a sink pour batch. As for a new hobby….🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Yeah it's so frustrating! The more in detail you go the more there is to go wrong. I had better results and more fun with the BIAB net sack and old tea urn method. I might take up watching more TV as a hobby! 😁
