vtubing is still pretty big and some of the larger indies do collab with regular non vtuber people. ironmouse and dokibird come to mind on that one. i do agree the idea of a separate community for just vtubers is pretty bad though

Oh yea, it’s got some institutions now, no doubt. But that 2021-22 saturation point / goldrush was interesting and has definitely simmered down.
