So Mobile Suit Gundam (1997) is pretty cool right? Some of it has aged amazingly well while other parts have...aged. It's a product of it's time but there are some good themes and characters in it. Good mobile suits, good story. Wish the (small) kids weren't in it, wish Tomino was normal about...

...women. REALLY wish Tomino could be normal about women. Also Char. Obviously iconic and an interesting villain but like...just a walking rendition of Freudian pop-psychology? He has enough depth but I always feel a bit repulsed by what's on the surface there. I can't enjoy him unironically.
