One of their former colleagues has just added on Twitter that he thinks they were also in charge of Karin from Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Some of the characters (co-)animated by H. Fujihara: Nash (Street Fighter Alpha), Spider-Man (Marvel Super Heroes), Sakura (Street Fighter Alpha 2), Lilith (Vampire Savior), Hiryu (Marvel Vs Capcom). It seems they also worked on Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Note that the third episode of the Air Management series - Air Management '96 - was illustrated by another artist: Seiji Saito.

Presumably by the same artist: Air Management II and Leading Company, both published by Koei.

I was looking for the identity of the illustrator of the Air Management series and came across this illustration in the portfolio of Yu Kusano / 草野雄, an illustrator born in 1950 who specialises in the AmeComi style (I'm still not 100% sure he drew both) waha.co.jp/search/searc...
