If you get anyone asking you to join their corp or app, look into it heavily and ask questions. Trust me. I used to be in a VTuber "Agency" and it was ran into the ground by it's terrible founder.

Dear lord this hits too close to home for me. Don't be naive. Don't assume that things will sort themselves out and that the corpo is just experiencing growing pains. Make sure the management is competent and realistic. Reckless ambition leads to disaster, especially when it comes to agencies.
