I absolutely love sand on my body while I’m at the beach. It’s a natural exfoliant. And I feel so grounded when I do this. If you feels stressed and have the access to a beach, head on out. Let yourself forget about everything, take your shoes off and enjoy the feel of the sand and enjoy the day

Last summer, I was exploring how I could be naked without thinking of being a sexual object. I got myself a spot on the secluded beach, stripped naked and right away I was having a blast. Lying on the sand was so deliciously naughty, comfortable, freeing, and fun. I had come a long way.
