I always feel like I'm guilty of neglecting my heart. Then I evacuated from Milton with my family and a friend and while it's raining in Jacksonville I start jogging with my dog and watch my friend get completely gassed behind me, unable to keep up and I think, maybe I'm not actually doing too bad.🤷‍♂️
