They seemed like one of those money wasting ideas that solve something that isn't a a real problem, and to some extent that is true, but it greatly simplified my wire situation in i way i just couldn't get to happen before.

I've gotten these like fabric cord sleeves and they've immediately improved how i organize my desk in a way that tying cords together hasn't

I've watched some of the titan sub hearings and it's interesting to see how on the same page everyone in that industry is about safety except for Stockton.

I'm using this time without my computer to get the wire situation on my desk sorted out. I really need the desk space so I'm moving my big power strip. They make these like little baskets you can clamp to the bottom of a table or desk. So hopefully one of those can help me out

lol yeah I remember that tweet, I don't know if he ever had to defend it to his 538 colleagues. They would usually once a year hash out a hypothetical primary and bully him. And I think this was after the repub one they did and they all said he was crazy for picking Nikki Haley

with all that in mind, who really knows what will happen. Palworld is in a lot of trouble if they stole any programming though, hard to imagine they come back from that.

3. There case isn't great at the moment, maybe suing in Japan they hope to be able to gather more evidence before an international lawsuit Maybe TPCi lawyers are preparing a case as we speak that will follow this lawsuit in the coming days. It would cost a lot to get to discovery and find nothing

2. Maybe they do actually have a strong case under Japanese law. Maybe they can actually get exactly what they want in a Japanese court. This could end up being their best way to shut palworld down. I'm no expert. Maybe keeping the lawsuit in japan will also shield them from scrutiny elsewhere.

Here are my thoughts on the Palworld lawsuit 1. Doing nothing isn't probably an option for Nintendo in Japan, any grandmas or enormous multi-national banks probably don't understand what's going on but complained about this for a solid month. Defending the IP might be the only goal.
