One thing that people do, and that sometimes helps me, is to sit down and just do something for 5 minutes. If it doesn't click, and I get nowhwere during that time, that's okay. But sometimes that little nudge is all I need to get stuck into it and actually work through it. The hardest step is getting started but you can do this! Yeah Blizzard was a big name here too, one of the few studios nearly everyone knew the name of. It is always such a shame. Thankfully the barrier to making games is getting lower each year which is awesome I think. Lots of fresh ideas and opportunities. I grew up playing a lot of Blizzard games.. Diablo 1 and 2, Warcraft 2 and 3, Starcraft and eventually WoW ... It was my (admittedly a very ambitious) dream to eventually end up working there.
