Hey, friends. Does anyone have a customer services/complaint phone number for GAME UK? I submitted a support ticket on Thu and they haven't even bothered to reply.
For those with phobias, there are no rats, snakes, or spiders (although one enemy can scuttle/jump a bit like spiders - I got through it, but it was not fun). There are cockroach-like creatures, but they're stylised, not hyper-realistic. Hope that helps! <3

Against the odds Bloober Team has delivered a remake that both expands Silent Hill 2 in just the right places, and gives careful attention to what it preserves.
Reached that point in life where I've had to make the icons/text on my desktop the size of small billboards to see them.

My final review for PLAY magazine turned out to be the Silent Hill 2 remake. The 2001 game was already incredibly special to me, and you can read some of my thoughts on Bloober's remake in PLAY's farewell issue, on UK shop shelves October 15th.

this is the silent hill 2 remake review you want to read. v was more or less providing the community at large with dev notes and more for decades. i can't really think of anyone else that has this level of familiarity with the series or understanding of it.
