The building does not have central cooling so I have to shut off my AC unit that's in the window. They didn't give a time.

I went out early this morning so I could spend the whole day out of the house while they were power washing. I finally get home, reopen all the windows to cool off, and they immediately start the extremely loud machinery up. It's 3 PM, they are just starting and they've had it set up since 9 AM.
