My own campus, Weber State U in Ogden, Utah, is doing a lot with ground-source heating/cooling, solar canopies over parking, and a revolving green fund that puts energy savings into new investments. apps.weber.edu/wsuimages/su...
Great episode! The fact that the CSU & UC systems are their own Direct Access providers seems like a big opportunity for demand-side flexibility that isn't available to most other buildings in CA, which are on TOU rates. If they shift to times w/ lowest wholesale prices, they could see bill savings.
