Tbh, I have no problems with the courts recognizing Trump’s actions as disqualifying to hold office as an act of treason. It’s the right reading of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. However, I really doubt an institution as corrupt & seated with right-wing sycophants like SCOTUS will rule that way.

i totally agree. though, even in their own interests they should. Trump cant really hurt them and if he is reelected he is more dangerous to their future than if he is disqualified. it would also go along way toward granting them some legitimacy again. but no, they probably wont.
