Posting a basic but incomplete reference of my Color Fixer. I need to fix up and finish this eventually.. She's actually my Warrior of Light design, but fixed to fit into Project Moon lore. Also - Odin's origin design! [ #ProjectMoon #ocsky #ocartist #deesdoodles ]

A reference sheet spread of Manako Mitsu, otherwise known as the Cerulean Veil. She's a Project Moon fan-character known as a Color Fixer. The spread shows her skin & where her scars are, her bodysuit in the middle, and finally her big fluffy overcoat. The cerulean shawl she wears is what announces her title. She wears bandages over her eyes to cover a scar that blinded her. Her statistics are as follows:
Age: 33. Height: 5'2". Weight: 113lbs. DOB: 9/26. Affiliations: District 6 L Corp. Branch Manager, Shi Association S. Section 3 Fixer (Grades 9-4), Hana Association S. Section 1 Fixer (Grades 3-1). Other notes read, "blind eye always in a squint, can still track/move a bit." "typically no light reflected in eyes," "chemical burn scars," "yay bodysuit," "normally keeps coat over chest to hide body shape," "can color hair with gradient or streaks," "pocket watch," "cloak over coat, covers fur," "scales neckchain," "broken clock clip + ring, bow, and feathers," and "this is an incomplete reference, but basic elements are static."
