website migration drama continues. new host does not appear to have any tutorials or help articles, i have to go to support with every single sodding issue, which is deeply annoying.

so i have to get this done on *their* time, instead of being able to muddle through it on my own when i want to. i'm at the mercy of customer support, which has an okay response time, but i want to do it *now* not in 20 fucking minutes or whenever they get back to me. jfc
