If I were emperor of the universe I'd make it policy that you're not allowed to make another console generation until you've made your current generation into a functional handheld. That way you optimize power consumption, heat, miniturization, etc. before making the next thing.

Yup, they killed off all their studios some years ago, then contracted a bunch of companies to make smaller mobile friendly games a few years later, then cancelled all those contracts while most of the games were still in active development. Quite indecisive.
