This! I occasionally write a lengthy, emotion-fueled (often anger) post or email to no-one, get absolutely everything out in it, edit it for clarity, then turn around and delete it. The editing really helps. I think some of my frustrations come from having an unfocused idea I need to express.

I remember the day my roommate, who was having an anxiety attack, went to get his ativan and accidentally took his adderall instead. Oh man that was a rough night. 🤣
