Imagine a universe where Slay The Spire The board game came first in 2017... despite its length, its smooth combo potential and roguelike elements would make it a top 50 game, right? It still feels so good in cardboard form that I am torn this timeline doesn't exist #boardgames#soloboardgames

It does feel a bit weird that the video game came first! I'm happy that there's a boardgame version of it now though, and that it's so well received. Now I just need to get my hands on a game, I wanted to wait and see what it was like before backing/buying ^^

It’s an excellent game! Some really clever choices that make it feel like the screen version while being its own, distinct experience. I’ve not played solo, but multiplayer is a lot of fun.
