Recently I was talking to someone w awful situational depression about their exhaustion from constant terrible feelings, they were surprised by exhaustion with yourself in this way, and no, my mental health is maybe not tons better, just after several decades this feels normal
Went to a thing that is like, qi gong as interpreted by a white woman in her 60s, mostly about cleansing our toxins and loving our bodies and getting in touch with our feelings 🙄 and it turns out that anyways, I don't love my body and I mostly feel crushing depression
