I think the Senate's report does credit to Australia. My only criticism is with this line: what is the word "European" doing here? 'the moral imperative to act in defence of a sovereign, democratic European nation under sustained attack'.
Point of order: UA has suspended elections, banned all parties but Zelensky’s. His term expired and he remains in power through force. (Directly violative of the Ukrainian constitution) In what sense is Ukraine a democracy?
