If the AMPTP can accept reality and settle with @SAGAFTRA in next 24 to 48 hours, the networks and studios will still be able to produce 13 episode seasons of their hour long dramas. This is what networks call “a ticking clock” when they give notes.

Hoping @SAGAFTRA is in the home stretch. So many out of work for so long... I wonder if the execs who dragged this strike out think about the damage they've caused. When SAGAFTRA went out in July, the ground shifted. Execs should have accepted that and cut a deal by August.

it's not up to SAG-AFTRA to decide to cave on the AMPTP's shitty deal, but up to the studios to PAY and TREAT their actors fairly. The only reason the strike has gone past 100 days is exactly due to the studios' unwillingness to pay & treat them fairly.
