Artificial intelligence company OpenAI said that an Iranian group had used its ChatGPT chatbot to generate content to be posted on websites and social media seemingly aimed at stirring up polarization among American voters in the presidential election.
The AI company found its tools used for websites and social media posts trying to increase polarization in the U.S. election. The posts did not gain widespread traction, OpenAI said.
