Serious question. When Inwent to the link, the city claimed to provide medical help, shelter, long term support. Is this just cops as eviction squad, or is there a coordinated social response to reports?

It’s a mix of things. The cops come in and warn them first, giving them like a week to vacate and access to resources. Most people don’t take the resources because there are strings attached. (No pets, sobriety)Those who remain get their things confiscated and supposedly can claim them at city hall.
