I've watched water rise in Florida for 40 years

I lived in Coral Springs in the early 80s. When the drug boats were getting seized in such large numbers they’d stack them up 6 high and sell them at auction. Then the cartels would blowtorch them to get out their drugs after they were sunk. Hubert Phipps was a close friend. Crazy but not flooding
