Wonder if any c18 history šļø friends might be able to help decipher some handwriting. I'm looking at a diary of a rather mature Yale undergrad (he's 22 in 1788) in which he mentions reading a "journal" of someone's "letters." The names are a bit unclear. This is followed by a blacked-out paragraph.
