Author Jack Nimersheim (b.1949) died on October 3. Nimersheim cegan publishing in 1992 with “A Fireside Chat.” In 1994, he was a nominee for the Campbell Award. His fiction was collected in Something Old, Something New and Graffiti from the Subways of My Mind. Nimersheim was also a musician.
