It’s insanity in Connecticut with mail-in ballot rules We’ve done mail in voting since 2014 in California My hubby & I fill out our ballots, seal them, sign the envelope & deliver them to the ballot box to get our #IVoted#MailInBallot
In Connecticut, those with permanent physical disabilities can receive a mail-in ballot — but only with a doctor's note. “It shouldn’t be on the person with disabilities to prove that they have a right to vote,” says an ACLU policy counsel. boltsmag.org/connect...
Voters will decide on a ballot initiative that would set the stage to let everyone vote by mail without an excuse—an option that could expand access for voters with disabilities.
Only way Qpublikkklans win is by gerrymandering, electrol, and suppressing the votes! Connecticut should stop this!
11 years in Colorado. Never has any mass voting fraud happened in this or other all mail-in voting states. I get a text and an email when my ballot is mailed to me, when it's received and when it's counted!
In Minnesota we simply vote early at our city hall. So simple and easy.
States that make voting hard should not count in federal election
I do the same. My polling place is around the corner and I like to drop off my ballot there and chat with the neighbors.
Most people in Arizona vote by mail. Our ballots in November will consist of two double-sided pages (a lot of propositions). I can’t even imagine how long it would take for everyone to vote in person and how many people would be disenfranchised.
We have had state-wide vote-by-mail here in Oregon for nearly three decades. It is ridiculous that other states (particularly "blue ones") don't have it.
