Couple of #poetry rejections today. Was aiming high as I’ve nothing to lose. By coincidence today I was revisiting a place where one of the poems was written. Aberogwen on the Menai Strait - a nature reserve with curlews & kingfishers. As they say at the football - ‘We go again.’

I've learnt that Farrow and Ball have a paint colour called 'Dead Salmon.' How utterly dystopian! Salmon, to me, are the very epitome of sparkling, leaping, aliveness. But also, why not coat your room in a colour that reminds you that our rivers are dying? #salmon#dyingrivers#biodiversity
