Und nachdem es der Bauträger in einer 0-Zins-Phase nicht geschafft hat, dort etwas zu bauen und nun pleite(!) ist, bleibt der Kasten uns wohl noch länger unverändert erhalten. 🙈
So ist es leider. Immerhin ist es keine unfertige Konstruktion wie dieses Elbdings da in Hamburg. Trotz des Verfalls ein recht schönes Gebäude.
