I’d also like to see urban areas encourage use of medium-speed vehicles. Lightweight, souped-up electric golf carts with a top speed of just 45 mph or so. The cult of bragging about your car’s 0-60 time has to be replaced with caring only about the 0-30 time. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medium-...
We all wish we didn't have to sit in traffic and have ugly-ass infrastructure to nowhere. But we have been told that it is "cultural." Bullshit. People made it. Racist people. We have the power to stop this drag on our collective prosperity and happiness.
Take all the money for highways and put iit towards public transit an inter city rail. Ban freeway widening statewide and full fund CA HSR
