Just waiting for him to drop a "jigaboo"

Is "peekaboo" a separate slur for educated black women from the more general any-black-person meaning of "jigaboo," or is Trump misspeaking a slur due to declining mental capacity? I'm well read enough that I know most racial slurs, but I have never lived someplace where overt racist speech happens.
