I frequently use the cookie ratio from Ratio by Michael Ruhlman which is how I developed by margarita cookie. But also a huge fan of the Rye Chocolate Chip cookie from Milk Street.

But I’m more of a pie or cake person. Need to make more cookies. And then of course bring them to work.
