While I think Biss and Sarr should have been brought on earlier, I can see why Ange kept the first xi on for as long as he did. The players know that no matter the score or time on the clock, they have to keep the same intensity for as long as they can.

I think it was Ange seeing if his starting xi could sort it out themselves. I also agree to an extent that if the entire mentality of the squad in that half was low, then subs would not have made the expected impact.
