The comic's first page is the only one with a detailed illustration of the background of the elevator, with all other panels being more simplified, textured backgrounds. The elevator has brown walls, a gray door, a black steel panel in the middle, gray handrails, and buttons with infinity symbols next to them. The first panel of the comic shows Pilby looking down, twiddling their thumbs. The second panel shows Pilby surprised, reacting to Mozelle talking to them Mozelle: "Clown creature!"
