Where were they living with those unpaid internships? Was it like me when I took an unpaid internship right out of the recession but a one bedroom in LA was $900 a month so I could take part time work to pay for it? That same one bedroom I lived in is now $2200. That's the difference, Michael.

That one bedroom was $900 because the economy went to shit. It wasn't going to stay at that price as the economy recovers.

I hire entry level employees all the time. My company pays above the average, but the average is now about $150 a day for PAs when it was $120 a day when I started 15 years ago. Rent has doubled and even tripled in much of this city and others while pay hasn't.
