Yes, that'll be helpful in some neighborhoods. But in most of the UZO, and pricey areas like Green Hills, the 5k ft² limit is a binding constraint. Need more FAR than that to pencil out, bc quads compete with 5k ft² McMansions and 3k ft² (per unit) 2-on-1 HPRs with lower site work & financing costs
