Today in 1976 — "I'm Just A Bill" debuted on SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK. It was written by Dave Frishberg and performed by Jack Sheldon (with Sheldon's son John as the boy). And it's been burned in our memories ever since.

Just watched this with my teen a few years ago. Disney+ has the entire series - was fun to reminisce and explain to her how Saturday mornings were for cartoons & you couldn’t just watch them whenever you wanted.
